Does Rover refund when the sitter doesn't show up?

What rules are in place to protect the people paying the sitter fully in advance if they do not show up. What prevents a sitter from just taking the money and running? Especially for long haul sitting times (like a week or two) -- shouldn't they put in place some sort of protective measure for both parties?
