Does Rover help cover surgery costs from an injury suffered at a sitter's home?

My puppy ate a stuffed animal at my sitter's house. The obstruction took two weeks to affect my puppy. After diarrhea and vomiting, my vet took an x-ray and found an obstruction in his intestine. Surgery took place on Thursday. A stuffed animal was removed from his intestine through his stomach. The only place he would have had access to a stuffed animal would have been at the sitter's home. The x-rays, surgery and hospital stay cost $3,916.74. Can Rover help cover the cost for this surgery? I have all the doctor, surgeon and hospital receipts.
