How do I give a discount to my client?

My client asked for a discount since I'm watching her dog for a month and it included the holiday rate. I have no issues with giving her a discount, so I was wondering how do I give her a discount?

Also, really random but can an advanced or intermediate sitter check my profile and my rates to see if I'm not charging too low or too high at a beginner's level?
