Had my first stay this week and the owner just picked her up. Do I need to do something in the http://Rover.com system or will it automatically be "gone" tomorrow?
Rover will automatically mark the stay as completed after the last booked day. There's no need to do anything else on your end.

There is no official "check out," but there are some things I always do at the end of a stay.
I make an inventory of everything that comes with a guest and when they leave I make sure everything is packed and ready to go.

Next day: send a thank you note via Rover.com detailing what I loved about their dog and stating that I would love the opportunity to host for them again in the future.
