Has anyone used the video call feature to meet a client?

I have a pending booking for boarding this weekend, and we were planning on meeting at a park near her house this evening. She informed me an hour out that she will not be able to make it and will call me instead. I always meet the dogs in person before welcoming them to my home for boarding. Has anyone used this newer feature from rover? How did it play out?

I require a meet and greet for all new clients without exceptions as I have 2 dogs myself. I have to be sure the dogs get along. I have never done a video call and feel it would not.procide me with the info I need.
