Radius for service?

I live in an area with very windy roads. 10 miles away is often 15 miles and almost 30 minutes of driving. I had my radius set to about 10 miles and I was honestly driving for some of my walks and visits longer than the visit itself. I recently added house sitting onto my list of things to do and set it to a 15 mile range. Given that I set my price high and I was okay with driving 30-45 minutes to house sit. The problem is now I am getting dog walking and drop in requests at the edge of my range. I just had someone who wants me to walk their dog once a day for 30 minutes with a 45 minute drive each way. I had in dog walking a 9 mile radius. I checked and it was 15. Is there a way to set this up so each service is has its own range? Why does it have a map under each service with a distance if I can't change them individually ?
