I redeemed converted promo code via BrightHorizon, does the redeemed credits expire?

Hi,

I followed BrightHorizon's instruction and converted a promo code to be used in Rover. The promo code itself needs to be redeemed in Rover in 90 days, which I did. Now that the credits is in my Rover account, do they expire as well? From mobile app the redeemed promo code part has an expiration date but on website it shows nothing. This is confusing..
