Why are my "Request Testimonial" emails not sending/being recieved?

I have inputted multiple emails into the "Request Testimonial" page but only one person has received the email from Rover. To test it out, I have even tried to send a test email to myself to see if it goes into junk but I still have not received it after 24 hours.
