My husband passed away a few months ago and I want to set my Rover status for both sitting and boarding as inactive. I'm still deciding whether to continue providing services. What happens to my reviews if I set my status inactive for all services? What happens if I decide to return to active status?
The away settings will keep everything about your profile intact I while it shows that you’re away. With marking away you can deactivate it, not remove your profile entirely, and easily reactivate when you’re ready.
If you have repeat clients that you think will contact you, you could go to past stays, to write a message to each pet owner, (copy and paste). Another option that you may want to consider at some point is repeat clients only. That would be easier way to ease back into providing services to pets and owners that you already know and not going through the meet and greet and introductory get to know you phases.
