when would I get my 1099 tax form from 2022?

Given this is the first year under this new process (Rover and/or Stripe), it is doubtful anyone here would know. Companies are legally required to provide tax information by the end of January, I believe, but certain ones get exemptions for various reasons, delaying distribution.,

However, it does not say anything about when the information will be made available. You could call Rover Customer Service to ask, but they'll likely say by the end of the month. I use Stripe for Wag, and I believe they sent out a link last January where you get your 1099 form. I think it was just before the end of January.

I am still waiting on mine did anyone else get theirs yet?
