Why does it take so long to get paid for recurring bookings?

I fill out and send my Rover cards on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but don't get paid until 48 hours after the whole week ends, not after the service ends. This is making budgeting very difficult, and I feel like it is slowly taking longer and longer to get paid. Is there a better way to do repeat bookings so I don't have to wait a full week or more to be paid after completing my service?

Recurrings are paid weekly on the same day each week; most are okay with this arrangement. Since you aren't call Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and complain, maybe they will listen.

I agree, it's annoying with these recurring walks. You will get paid the following week instead of being paid 48 hours later after the walk.
