Some do. Another option is to lock in rates for those before increasing published rates for new bookings/clients.
Some do give discounts for reoccurring visits. It also never hurts to ask.
The person asking is a sitter, thinking about offering this. If it was a future client asking, it could sabotage the possibility of the chosen sitter’s willingness to book any visits because negotiation often sends the message “I don’t value (you providing) this service”.
