For three days, Tiana sent me pictures, videos, and updates about my dog, her anxiety levels, her food intake, and how much fun she was having. They heard my concerns with Nico (my dog) and implemented the necessary steps to make sure Nico was safe and happy. I feel that if Nico could talk he would have asked me to stay longer with them. “I booked 4 nights boarding with my Lucky, a 7 years old 65 lb male border collie. I suppose to return home at noon time, but ny american airline gave me 8 hoursof day, i was so worried not able to pick up my dog at the night. Quang returned my messages instantly and i got my dog back in the evening. My dog is in good condition and had a great staying. I picked Quang because he offered best price and has lots of good reviews. Quang is in my daughter's age, and i like to support young people on their business. I will definitly use Quang again in the future.”
