Norma is amazing! We have the pickiest (and clingiest) of senior pups who will love one flavor of food for a few days before turning her nose up at it and subsisting on treats alone. Regardless, Norma got Luna to chow down! Our kitties were also pleased…even if they didn’t make an appearance during her visits 😻

Ms. Norma was nothing short of AMAZING! This was our little guys 2nd time away from us and he presented with some anxiety and challenges getting acclimated. Ms. Norma remained in contact with photos and messages reassuring us all was well and what he had going on that day. Ms. Norma did more than just provide boarding services, she cared and nurtured our guy the entire stay; 4 nights/5 days. Will definitely utilize her services again!

Ms. Norma was so great with Daisy & I felt completely comfortable leaving her while we were out of state when my initial plans fell through!! Norma is the best! She’s very detailed oriented and kept track of our beloved Oreo’s medication intake, sent detailed pics/videos of him, and even caught a small seizure, notifying us immediately. Norma has fed Marco and Lucy on two separate occasions. She has been very communicative and extremely helpful when the second time, we had a leak while out of town. She definitely went above and beyond, the second time, and the cats finally graced her with their presence. We will use Norma again in the future.

We were so nervous about leaving our pup, Norman while we went to visit family in Thailand for 2 weeks. Booking our trip and getting ready to go with all we had to do was easy compared to leaving Norman ANYWHERE!! None of the places we thought about and that I had researched were going to be suitable for our boy!! I eventually found Norma on Rover. Norman and I went and did a meet up with her, she is so sweet!! I felt comfortable immediately and knew it would be the right decision. I was right! Drop off day was going to be tough and it was, but we received so many pictures of our boy, he seemed to be fine and he made a lot of new friends. We cannot praise Norma enough, we will definitely take him there again, it was a wonderful experience!!
