This was our first time boarding Tucker with Charlene. She texted me updates and pictures and we knew he was in "excellent hands". When we picked him up he was a happy boy!! Thank You Charlene you made it easy and comfortable for us to leave him behind for a few days. We highly recommend Charlene and would definitely book with her again.

Russell had a wonderful time with Charlene and her dogs. She took great care of him and treated him like family. She sent lots of pictures and he was smiling in almost all of them. Would definitely use her again and would recommend her service.

Our 3 year old had a FANTASTIC stay with Charlene. Honestly the best boarding experience we've ever had. She has a huge, dedicated indoor space loaded with amenities to make any dog feel comfortable. In addition, Dottie also had free access to a playground area and field for running. Most importantly, though, Charlene 'gets it' with dogs. Her years of experience have taught her to read body language and respond accordingly. She sent regular updates and photos. Charlene genuinely loves dogs and sees all the positives in their personality. I could not recommend her more

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! The detailed setup and thought that Charlene put into how she takes care of other fur babies, is impeccable! My mind was absolutely blown away and put at ease that my babies would be well taken care of without any doubt. She has a fenced in area as well as lots of other land for the dogs to roam. I will definitely be returning! Thank you again.

Char was excellent from the first contact to pick up. She went out of her way to ensure we received a first time user discount that we did not even know existed. Char was extremely personable as well as professional. She sent pictures throughout the night which made us feel much better about leaving our babies in her care. I will without a doubt tell me friends about her!

She is absolutely amazing

Charlene was very accommodating to not only our needs but our dogs. We have a yellow lab, has never been at someone’s home that we didn’t know, and Liberty dog had a blast. She communicated well and sent photos periodically. Liberty came home tired from all the great attention and playful exercises and I could tell she was treated well. We do t go too often anywhere, but look forward to going out of our way to book with Charlene. ?

My husband and I booked with Charlene on short notice and she was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of our puppy and continued to send updates with pictures throughout the day and night! Charlene was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and was very responsive! I could tell our pup had a great time and had plenty of exercise!! We will definitely be using Charlene again and would recommend her to anyone that wants to ensure their pet is happy and cared for when they are away!
