Even though she wasn’t feeling that great unexpectedly, she showed up for us and our pets. She holds herself to the highest of standards- no matter what. We love Emma and so do our kitties!

Once again Emma continues to take care every detail from start to finish with care. Our two very shy and timid cats are completely comfortable with her and so are we, in every way in our home. There’s no one better than Emma!

This is our first time using Rover and at first we were a bit overwhelmed when trying to find a pet sitter for our cats. Then we came across Emma’s profile and the first thing that stuck out to us was how close she was to our apartment. We got to know her and she was so nice and attentive and the cats took a liking to her. While we were away, she provided detailed notes everyday on the cats and if there was any damages or issues. We especially loved the pictures she sent of them eating and begging for pets! I definitely recommend her and we would love to have her come back and sit for them if we have to leave for another trip.

She is not only detailed in all her reports, keeps to the time schedule (if not earlier sometimes) and makes sure to give my PradaP extra loving when I’m gone for a long period of time or even short stays haha. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Both of our cats absolutely adore her—so much so that they now wait together at the front door for her arrival. This is especially heartwarming because one of them is usually terrified of everything that moves, yet he now trusts her completely. It’s clear how happy and comfortable they are in her care. She also sends the most wonderful photo updates—thoughtful, adorable, and even includes wide shots of every room before she leaves.
