Guilherme was very flexible with the pick-up and drop off time. In addition he took extra steps to ensure that Happy , my picky eater puppy ate his dinner. I will definitely use his service again when visiting NYC.

Guilherme is amazing. We left Lumi with him for 8days, he was always communicative, caring and loving towards Lumi, always getting un update of how our puppy was, I could see that Lumi felt happy with him, he got lots of love from Guilherme and his little canine roommate. Guilherme is THE BEST dog sitter Ive ever had! He has a way with dogs that makes even the shyest dogs (like mine) feel just at home from the first interaction! Our dogs seemed to have a really nice time with Guilherme. He watched them over the span of two days and the second day when we were dropping them off, they excitedly walked right up to his front door. It made me feel a lot better about dropping them off. Guilherme was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him.
