Melanie was wonderful! Sent lots of photos and videos; I could tell my 2 cats were VERY well taken care of! She left the house better than when she came. Very communicative and upfront, even going the extra step to help work out a confusing booking to make sure my girls got the care they need. Even stayed longer than she needed to to give the girls some extra love :). Melanie dealt with a rambunctious kitten and shy girl like a pro - both appeared to love her, and will definitely use her again.
