My booking did not go as planned. Roberta had booked other dogs to watch simultaneously with mine. She did not advise me of this until after I arrived to drop off my dogs. While this might not be a negative factor with other owners (and may actually be beneficial for some owners), my dogs need to be introduced slowly when meeting other dogs. They can be a bit aggressive at first but then settle down. There was an incident and Roberta called me while I was enroute to my weekend vacation and said I'd have to come pick up my dogs!! I managed to get someone to pick them up and arrange other care for them but it was quite traumatic trying to do this. I believe Roberta is a good person and sitter, but you should check if there will be other dogs there if you want to book with her!

This was my first time booking on Rover and I was a little nervous, but Roberta treated my little ladies like they were her own!! All of the pictures and quick responses made me feel at ease and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter😊

Roberta is incredible! I have a rescue chihuahua mix who is typically very anxious when I go away. My pup was immediately comfortable enough with Roberta and her hind to hop up on the couch and she even ate while I was away for the evening! That has never happened before. I don't know what magic she has, but I was really happy my nervous pup was so comfortable in her care. I 100% recommend Roberta to care for your pets.

Roberta is absolutely wonderful, we are so blessed to have gotten connected with her. Our pup Basil LOVES going to Roberta’s to play, as soon as we turn the corner she knows where she’s going and can’t get out of the car fast enough! Roberta is incredibly kind and understanding with my anxiety and worry over our pup, she’s our baby! Roberta sends photo updates and is very responsive letting us know how she is doing! It is such a blessing knowing our pup is well cared for while we are away. I highly recommend Roberta and her services!

Roberta is absolutely wonderful! Our pup Basil is usually very nervous, a bit of separation anxiety. Roberta spent time with us during the meet and greet and answering any questions we may of had while Basil and Paco played. On her first day of day care Basil knew exactly where she was and was extremely excited to go play! She was immediately comfortable and was happy to be left to play! Roberta sent photos and updates throughout the day of how much fun Basil was having. Roberta is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her (and Paco!!) Basil can’t wait to come back to play!

Our dog recently developed health issues that require more attention, and Roberta takes on the challenges! It is clear how much Roberta loves our dog, and he loves her.

I don't think we could have found a better pet sitter for our dog. Roberta was amazing. She sent us updates and pictures of our dog playing and making new friends. She treated our dog as it was her own. She is so swet abd we were so happy with her as a dog sitter. We will definitely use her again.

Roberta had our senior beagle for a week, which is the longest he's stayed anywhere without us. She was wonderful! She sent pictures and updates daily. Our boy settled in quickly and made new "friends". We are picky with our sitters, and Roberta is the best! She is our top choice.

Roberta always takes very good care of our senior beagle, Phoenix. She sends pictures and communicates quickly. She is warm and kind with the animals in her care, and has more than earned our trust over the past year we've been using her services. She's wonderful!

Valkyrie made some new friends this time and the pictures tell me that she had a blast! She’s always so well cared for and I truly appreciate being able to feel 100% comfortable leaving my best girl with Roberta anytime!
