Sirena was awesome! She came through for me last minute when I really needed help and made the whole process stress-free. She was very friendly, great with my animals, and easy to communicate with. I have been on vacation since Sunday and Serina has been dog sitting while we are away. I CAN RELAX! she sends pictures and videos throughout the day and she is quite literally the dog whisperer. I have a bigger dog that has separation anxiety and typically doesn’t do well with other dogs. She not only introduced my dogs to hers but she even managed to walk them together! This is the first time my girl Rizzo has ever been able to interact with a dog her size without any issue. I will ALWAYS use Serina going forward, she set the bar high and I can not say enough good things about her! Worth it for sure!! Thank you Serina!

Serina is a great communicator. She pet/house sat for us for a week and was extremely flexible and easy to work with when our schedule changed a day before our plan. We heard updates daily about our kitties while we were gone. We got pics and videos to let us know all the kitties were okay. One of our kitties is prone to sickness and she took great care of him and let us know about his symptoms. She played with them all and they were so contented and unstressed when we got back. She was also able to coax our shy kitty out from under the couch on the first day and knew how to tempt him. Our kitties are even a little demanding and she was so good about helping them expend energy in healthy ways and was not fazed when one of our kitties caught a mouse and brought it inside. ? She also gave us great advice about vets and pet sitting since it was our first time with a pet sitter on Rover. We met her beforehand and had her meet kitties and tour the house. We felt very comfortable and informed before our trip. It was not her job to take care of the house since she was pet sitting but just a note that the house was just as we left it when we returned. She was so considerate of us. We felt taken care of. Would recommend Serina to anyone who has pet sitting needs. She is awesome. We will be asking her if she is available for all our future trips.

Serina was terrific! She sent pics from each drop-in and included videos as well. My cat was well taken care of and was relaxed and happy when I got home. Serina even picked up and extra drop-in when my travel plans changed. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her in the future!

Serina was so good with our dog Frank! Made him feel comfortable and I think he trusted her right away! He can be stand offish with new people but he warmed up right away to Serina! Would recommend to anyone as I would trust her with any of my animals!
