This was my first experience with Rover and it almost put me off from the service. During this stay my pup was about 9 months old and still very much so just that...a puppy. He's house trained, but apparently had "accidents" which I received all his bedding back reeking of urine zippered up tight in his bag. His only update about my baby was how much he's "trying his patience." On the first day of my work trip, first thing in the morning which had me stressed to the max. So he decided to put him in the bathroom with nothing and wondered why a puppy would chew loose objects which I compensated him for the damages. He has since done two longer stays ( 10 days, 14 days) and I have not heard any of those same complaints. I'm assuming the most play time he got was with other dogs which were much older than him. I put a brand new flea collar on him and it was gone by the end of those few days. And he desperately needed a bath when he came home despite just getting one before I dropped him. Overall Lonnie was great for accessibility and accommodating on shorter notice but I was not satisfied with the service. I may be more picky than most when it comes to my baby so to each their own.

Lonnie was told my dog was a runner and she got and ran luckily he caught her. Not very organized drop off or pick up. Many other dogs right at door at time of arrival/departure,door left open,2 dogs starting fighting. I also didn't get any pictures during her stay. Nice guy ;with a few tune ups to his system I would return.
