He is reliable, timely, communicative, caring, and extremely detail oriented. I have a very persnickety partner (who grumbles, for instance, when there are a few bits of litter outside the box), and he LOVES Dan because Dan attends to our pets & home as though they were his own. When we get home everything is just as we left it (and maybe even a little tidier!) This Christmas, when we were out of town for a week, Dan noticed that the pipes in our kitchen were starting to freeze. He alerted us immediately, and thanks to him we were able to address the problem before it became an enormous, costly nightmare. We feel way better being away from home just knowing that Dan is checking in regularly and will notice if anything is amiss. This is the best pet sitter, period - do yourself a favor and hire him!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. I am familiar with many dog breeds and ages of dogs. I enjoy playing with high energy puppies as well as taking walks with older dogs. Family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets while they are away. My dad has two labs that I’ve taken care of since they were puppies so I am familiar with dogs in every stage of their lives and the care and attention needs that brings. My bosses would describe me as reliable and punctual person that pays attention to detail which translates well to the dog care world. I do work full time but I have a flexible schedule. I work from home atleast one day a week and I am normally free for some hours on the weekends to play and walk your pup(s). I am available to take care of your furry friends at your home as well as to stop by for some play time or walks. My schedule is flexible so I’m sure we could work something out! I am comfortable walking and playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have learned that even though dogs like to explore new places they enjoy meeting new people in the comfort of their own home or familiar places which is why I like to stay with your pups at your home while you’re away and come to you to walk and play with them in a location familiar to them. I just want everyone to be comfortable and happy!

“As a protective cat mother, Cody is one of the few people in this world I would entrust with my Persephone without question, for long periods of time and without any oversight. Cody is extremely affectionate and playful with animals and he is well-attuned to Persephone's mood shifts, knowing when she wants to be pet, cuddled, or played with and always stopping whatever he's doing to meet her where she is and to ensure she knows she is loved. I've seen this same instinct with other animals, too, and have watched cats warm up to Cody within minutes of meeting with him and wanting to spend all of their time around him. Cody is great with routine and always makes sure that the cats he watches are fed on time, that their water dispensers are full, and that their litter boxes are clean and ready for use, even for an easily disgruntled and somewhat prissy cat like mine. I cannot think of a more perfect candidate for pet sitting than Cody and can personally vouch for him to anyone who would consider his cat sitting skills.”
