She and her roommate are kind and they are easy to get comfortable with and talk to even though I get nervous most of the time when I meet people for the first time. He was anxious from traveling and I was worried he would be nervous and afraid in another new environment. He was very happy and comfortable in their home during some pretty cold weather, and came back to us in the evening relaxed and happy. Tiffani provided regular updates on his status and was flexible when I needed to pick him up earlier than expected one day with little notice. Altogether a very successful visit.
