About: Hi! My name is Afton, I am 27 years old and I have a love for animals! I am a personal assistant and dog sit full time. I have reliable transportation. I live in the denver metro area but i am willing to travel to your home. I am also Willing to work overnights,weekends, weekdays & holidays. I am also available if you are taking a vacation and need some assistance while you are out of town. (Including cats and fish ) I will run, play& cuddle your puppy! I love watching animals in their own home! That is where they feel like they are the most comfortable and don't really act out of character!

About: I have 8+ years of experience in a variety of animal work: shelter volunteer work, employment at a dog and cat daycare, dog-sitting, overnight house sitting, cat-sitting, and dog-walking. I have a side baking business and I decorate and deliver on weekends depending on orders, but I can easily work around that schedule if needed. I have a wooden fence around the patio in my townhome and I live in a nice complex with trustworthy neighbors. I also live less than half a mile from a couple local parks, so I could walk your dog to and from there! My roommate has a sociable, spayed husky who is only there on weekends. If you’re uncomfortable with another dog at my home, I can make sure they’re separated with a dog gate if preferred. Our house has 2 stories so each would have plenty of room to themselves. I also try to accommodate my client’s financial expectations. We can discuss rates if needed and I am more than happy to adjust accordingly and reasonably for your comfort. Please keep in mind that I only make 80% of my posted rates, so I try to keep any doggy day care requests that are longer than 8 hours around my current rate of $88 (aka $70.40 after fees) because it’s already only $8.80 per hour. I trust Lindsay with my dogs, in my home and that she will give my doggies TLC (tender loving care) and spend time with them when she is overnighting. I’ve had Lindsay as my pet sitter for the past 8 years. When I hire Lindsay for dates she always comes through and I know she will come over during the day with the times per day we agreed upon. I have a special needs peekapoo that’s blind and has no eyes. Mickey does require more attention and safety is the utmost importance in caring for him. Lindsay goes above and beyond to make sure he is safe with making sure my house is safe, with gates up throughout my house and very careful when walking him outside. Both dogs are happy, eat and get outside for walks & bathroom breaks. Lastly, I love receiving the videos during each day of my doggies in the house and while out on a walk. I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay and her love for my dogs.”

About: We grew up with dogs and Will started training dogs for Assistant Dogs of America at a young age. Will has successfully fostered, trained, and placed several dogs for the Assistant Dogs of America program. Together, we have adopted all my past dogs and have experience with a wide variety of dog breeds. We recently lost our adopted 12-year-old Great "DoberDane" and 16-year-old Mini Bull Terrier dogs, due to natural causes. We are taking some time to mourn their loss, but have decided to begin accepting new clients again. We believe boarding will help further aid in this transitional period. Lauren and I have a single-family home with a fully fenced yard. Our Mini-Bull Terrier was an escape artist, so our yard is very secure. We also both work from home, and our home office overlooks the backyard. This allows us to always have the ability to monitor our dogs, regardless if they are indoors or out. We also have a large pet door so our dogs can go outside at their leisure. We live near downtown Littleton, with multiple parks nearby, which we frequent with our dogs. We like to create a fun, happy, and low-stress atmosphere for all dogs. Walks, dog park visits, and daily stimuli are high priorities. We have experience with senior dogs, mobility issues, regular/timely medicine administration, diabetes management (injections/glucose testing), heart-related issues (over excitement), dog aggression issues, etc. Our Great Dane had diabetes and our Mini-Bull had a chronic heart condition. Thus, we are very accustomed to and comfortable administering injections, medications, and special diets. Our goal is not board as many dogs as possible to maximize revenue. Instead, we focus on quality and specialized individual care for each client. We had a very difficult time finding a good boarding environment for our dogs, especially as they entered their senior years. Thus, we have sought to address this issue given our extensive experience and skill set. Instead of volume, we prefer to have a small group of repeat clients. That allows us to ensure the best possible experience, and really build a relationship with the dog/owner. We are interested in long-term relationships. We are also experienced dog trainers. We both work from home so we are easily able to accommodate various schedules and monitor our dogs continuously throughout the day. If we both needed to leave for some reason we have a separate, secure laundry room with camera monitoring and a dog door that can be opened/closed accordingly. We typically don’t crate the dogs we watch, unless that is preferred. We have a fairly large fenced yard and live by multiple parks/dog parks. We like to keep dogs well-exercised and stimulated with walks, fetch, dog parks, etc.

About: From the young pup or kitten to the wisened senior. I've cared for and trained all varieties of dogs and cats. I'll follow your recommendations and guidelines in looking after your loved fur baby. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays with a fair amount of flexibility to take walks and care for your dog as you require. I have a friendly 2 yo golden who loves to play and an elderly cat who has only ever lived with dogs. We have had our golden since she was a puppy and loves to play with other dogs at doggy day care and would love to play or go on walks with your dog. If your pup requires breaks and alone time, we have our kitchen sectioned off from the rest of the house with a high gate. We also have a large fenced in yard that's great for fetch or chasing squirrels.
