Prerna was very communicative and sent us plenty of updates and photos/videos everyday! She took some very cute pics of the dogs! “Jessica was an absolute gem when it came to taking care of our fur baby, Lola! From the get-go, she treated Lola like one of her own, and it showed in every little detail. We couldn't believe how many adorable pictures and updates she sent us while we were away—it really put our minds at ease. Lola had the time of her life in Jessica's huge backyard, and it was clear she was living her best life. But what really blew us away was Jessica's attention to Lola's health. She noticed some ear discomfort and took care of it right away, even suspecting some ear mites. We were so grateful for her proactive approach! And not only did she take care of Lola, but she also shared some great advice with us to keep her happy and healthy in the long run. Plus, Jessica's kids were a hit with Lola! They played together like old pals, and it was obvious they all had a blast. All in all, Jessica went above and beyond, and we couldn't recommend her enough. Seriously, if you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, Jessica is your go-to. Just don't be surprised if part of you wants to keep her all to yourself and your fur baby—she's that amazing!”
