“My husband and I love to travel. A big factor in the last 2 years (in addition to the pandemic) that prevented us from traveling as much as we wanted was that we now live far away from our families who would pet sit our cats usually. So when we had our recent trip to Spain, it was so crucial for us to find a pet and house sitter that we trusted with our 3 cat babies. Jessa was absolutely amazing with the care of our 3 babies. Nothing is more indicative of how great Jessa is with cats than the behavior of our middle cat, Trinity. Trinity is truly a scaredy cat and takes months or even years to trust anyone that isn't my husband or I. We've had friends who would come over to our house for years and they only see her in her hiding spots. But when Jessa was pet and house sitting, Trinity came out when Jessa was present within the first week! She even let Jessa approach her and sniffed her in the second week and would eat out in public with her siblings. It goes to show how sweet and gentle Jessa is with cats to have Trinity trust her so quickly. In addition, Jessa took excellent care of our house. We found our permanent pet and house sitter in PEI! About: Im a current DVM student looking to take care of your pets! I've always had a passion for animal care and have been working in doggy day cares, dog/cat kennels and vet clinics for the past 4 years. Ive also had all types of animals my entire life including dogs, cats and guinea pigs! I am currently in class until may, so I can work weekends but afterwards I will be able to dedicate all my time to pet care. I sadly cannot keep pets in my apartment, but I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and cats in their own home and can work with a wide range of preferences.

About: Have had a dog for 10 years - love going for walks and hanging out with them daily. Bring so much joy and simplicity to your life. Living away from home now and would LOVE to be around awesome dogs more frequently :) I WFH so if needed can stay through the day at your place or just nightly. Flexible schedule for walks based on time management and meetings. Follow the directions and rules you have in place for your dog. Always start with kindness and empathy. Dogs have minds of their own and if I am in their space they have to be comfortable and trust me!

About: I grew up with a cat named Tiger for 19 years of my childhood. I now live with a cat name Turnip and have a dog named Sully who is a big ball of energy. This will be my main source of work for the summer. I will have lots of time to play and cuddle with your pets for as long as needed. I am great at following the routine you have set for your pets. I have been trained in walking larger dogs and am great at making connections with animals.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10. I have a 5 year old cat. My neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to feed, walk and care for their pets. I currently work full time, available for boarding on weekends after 4pm. Can pet sit in your own home. Available for drop ins to feed, clean litter for cats as well. My home is very welcoming I have a big yard for dogs to run in. Can crate if needed. My cat will keep them company.
