“My Siamese cat had never left home before spending 6 days with Charlotte. She was very well taken care of. Charlotte was beyond accommodating with my shifting time schedule. Sent lots of pictures and always easy to get a hold of. Vala is back home and it’s like she never left. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t say enough good things about Lucinda and her family! 1-Lucinda’s home is great and very welcoming and warm, in a great neighbourhood, close to parks and beaches, makes walking experience very pleasant! 2-Lucinda’s family are warm, caring, I can tell my poodle felt at homes 3- Lucinda is a very nice and kind lady, she sent us photos and kept us informed about the daily activities. You can tell from the photos how happy and welcomed your pet looks 4- what I like the most about Lucinda is that she is very accommodating in terms of pick up and drop off in our case we were coming home from a super long trip and with delays of the trip we didn’t have to stress about the pick up time. :) Highly recommended, 5 star, would definitely ask Lucinda to take care of our dog next time. “Bec and Adrian did an excellent job of taking care of my dogs Parker and Hope while I had surgery. Their pictures and videos helped me relax about the dogs during a difficult time. They took the dogs for outdoor breaks and walks. They played ball with Parker and let Hope enjoy laying on the sun. They were sensitive to the special needs pf older dogs particularly Hope's need to wear diapers. The dogs were happy during their stay with Bec, Adrian and their dog Honey.”

“For this feline parent, it’s critical that my baby is well cared for and happy. Calum and Shawn took wonderful care of her and saw to her every need. I’m not sure she even wanted to leave! I was well informed about what was going on and received lots of photos and updates. A huge relief to not have to worry about my kitty when I was moving homes. “Eva truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND during her one week stay with our pup Casper! She was thoroughly communicative both during the booking process, and daily during the week of the booking! It was so fun to end each night of our vacation going over the photos she sent us of Casper throughout the day. It looked like he was on as much of a vacation as we were! Even though Casper is truly a low maintenance dog who would be just fine with a couch to lay on and someone to dispense his meals, she made an enthusiastic effort to spoil and entertain him at every opportunity… zoomies in the hallway, pup cups from starbucks, walks to familiar places and lots of love! ❤️ 100% will book again in the future!
