“Pier Ann used to have an home pension for dogs. I was often going there as a mobile groomer for her personnal pets and for her longterm resident at the pension. All the animals were always living in harmony in her more than welcome house. She was excellent at taking care of them as she has herself knowledge in grooming and was studying dog's behaviour. She was totally trustworthy, as I let her dogsitting my 2 old anxious dogs. She was able to give them their meds (which is not always easy) and to make them pass such a great time (which is even harder). About: I have grown up with a dog my whole life! I just had to put my soul dog to rest after 161/2 years. He was my world! I have a 2 year old Boston/frenchie that loves being around other dogs. I feel dogs are family members who we would do just about anything for. I will love your family member and make sure their needs are met. I live close to walking trails and we walk our dog twice a day. I work from home so your Dog will never be alone. I have the ability to check in on your pet all through out the day if needed. I will follow every care instruction that you give me for your pet needs. I will send you pictures everyday or as often as you need. Very open to what makes you feel comfortable.

“I couldn't recommend Sam more highly! He is fantastic with pets. My dog absolutely loves him and we think of Sam as part of our family. I travel often and Sam will house sit and dog sit at the same time, which provides huge relief. My house always looks great when I return. There have been times I had to leave while my dog wasn't feeling well and Sam made him special food to ease his stomach. Sam has also picked my dog up to deliver him to and from doggie daycare on days when I had to work late. He is amazing! Sam loves my dog like it is his own and I trust him 100%.”

Communication with Peyton is very clear and she does an excellent job at providing updates, for example if Fritter is napping more than usual or if he seems extra hungry. Peyton is able to recognize those subtle changes because she truly cares about the pets that she is responsible for. Peyton was very thorough in ensuring that she was clear on the instructions for how to care for Fritter and ensured that she had all required vet information, any food sensitivities, and extra food in case an emergency arose prior to his first stay with her and has continued to check in for updates each subsequent time that Fritter has stayed with her. Recently, Fritter stayed with Peyton following a major surgery, during a critical recovery window. I had no hesitation in trusting Peyton to keep a diligent eye on Fritter during a time in which even the most subtle shifts in his behaviour could indicate detrimental surgical complications. I would highly recommend Peyton for any pet parent who is looking for a caregiver that pays attention to detail, is very transparent, and communicates well with you!”

About: In my 67 years, I was only about 20 years without a cat and/or a dog. They are a continuation of the family, enriching our lives. I am retired so I can be available pretty much when needed. However, I do have a preference for the time between 9 am and 6 pm. A cat or dog is like family and in particular grandchildren ( of which I have 4); experience has taught me that the most rewarding time with them is the time spend one-on-one.

About: I am a person who loves animals and strives to offer a safe, secure and fun environment for your pet. I am attentive and loving and have a long history of taking care of animals. Your pet will get loving attention and will have the opportunity to socialize with a friendly cocker spaniel and a friendly cat. Your pet will also get lots of exercise if that’s appropriate. I am flexible and easy going and will follow your instructions for your pet. I want you to feel assured that your pet will be happy and safe while you are away. I am available mostly on weekends and holidays for overnight care but there is flexibility as well. I can offer specialized care for your pet’s unique needs as well. Just let me know! My background training is nursing.
