It was our first time boarding him with a pet sitter overnight and Sheena was absolutely amazing! we felt very comfortable leaving him with her and we left feeling secure and confident he would be in great hands. She was very welcoming and Duncan made himself right at home the moment he stepped in her home. Sheena was great at putting our minds at ease and updated us with lots of photos during his stay which we loved. We would absolutely use her again! “Our 2 dogs boarded with Ale for 9 days while we went on vacation. Her calm demeanor put our anxious dogs at ease. Ale accommodated our request for pictures and took time to ask questions about our dogs’ behaviour and our preferences. As well, she was able to keep the dogs a day later with no fuss when our return flight was delayed. Our dogs were calm and happy when we picked them up. We definitely recommend Ale, and we will be booking her service again.”
