Johanne made me feel very comfortable about leaving Ava in her care, going through what a typical day looks like for the dogs, her experience, and even held a meet and greet in her home so Ava could get a lay of the land before we booked. Today was Ava’s first day at doggy day care, and I’m sure if she could speak she’d be telling me she had the best day ever. Johanne was flexible with the pick up & drop off times, sent updates and pictures throughout the day, and assured me that Ava was doing great. “My dog spent two separate visits with Brenna and she was awesome! She responded to me very fast and sent me photos throughout the day. Sometimes when my dog spends a day away from me and I pick him up I can tell he’s stressed and over tired and just drained but when I picked him up from Brenna’s both times he was his completely normal self and not too tired or frantic at all. Will definitely be using Brenna’s services again!”
