“Mark is amazing in his love and care for dogs. Over more than 15 years, I have seen how he interacts with each of the dogs he has had. He gives each of them lots of personal interaction every day. His dogs are fed and walked on a regular schedule. They get numerous breaks to do business as well as run around in his large enclosed yard. Seeing how they interact with him when he comes back to his house tells you how much they love him. Mark took care of my own dog Barney on numerous occasions where I had to travel. Barney loved spending time with he and his dogs. I trusted him completely to take care of Barney. I have also seen him care for other people’s dog and they were all well taken care of. His 3 dogs are well behaved and get along well with dogs in the neighborhood as well as other dogs he has taken care of. I highly recommend him for doggy day care or overnight boarding.”

My cats seemed happy granted they love attention. She also looked after my dog who is definitely a challenge and he seemed to love her by the end of it! About: I have taken care of lots of different pets including both dogs and cats. I originally joined rover after finishing my undergraduate degree and moving back home. Through rover I have had the opportunity to take care of many wonderful dogs and cats! I have had dogs come to my home, I’ve stayed in dogs homes and I’ve also done drop in visits to walk dogs! I recently moved to Peterborough to attended Trent University in the B. Ed program! I’m available most weekends and have some availability during the week depending on my class schedule! I am happy to go to your home, take your dog out for walks, runs or in the backyard! I love to play with dogs so they will get lots of love and attention! I also feel comfortable getting dogs back into crates. I am also happy to look after cats, play with them, feed them and take care of their litter.

About: I have worked over 6 years at an emergency pet hospital! I've worked with 1000's of dogs of all temperaments. Shy or nervous rescue dogs are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. If you have an athletic or active dog, we are the one for you!!! Trips to parks (on and off leash), running the trails, and swimming in a Lake will happen every day. If your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. I never stop learning about dogs so you can rest assured knowing you have one of the best looking after your pets. I am currently working full-time but with my days off I am available. I typically work every other weekend so am available to provide pet sitting. I have a friendly dog of my own to keep your fur baby company, as well as 2 cats that tend to mind their own business. I have an unfenced yard, but very close to walking trails!
