About: I got my first pup in summer 2021 after growing up with dogs and since then have done tons of research and training. I cannot even remember what life was like before Moira! My days outside of work and school are focused on making sure she is happy, healthy, and tired out. I recently started a masters program at UNBC and sold my car to reduce expenses so my availability is more limited than before. For drop-ins and dog walking I’m available in the evenings. For house sitting I’ll need to bring my pup along, so will only accept requests for pets that get along with others (let's schedule a quick meeting to make sure our pets get along!) and within the bowl area. My dog loves new friends and this is a great way to keep both entertained! I do my best to accommodate the schedule and routine of the pet I'm housesitting for but your pet will be home alone while I am at school or work. For walks I let the dog choose the pace and how often we stop to sniff or investigate, unless the owner prefers a more structured walk.

“I have known Kolbi since we were kids. She has always been an animal lover and so responsible. Her and Andrew had their dog, Heidi, for 15 years. Unfortunately, she recently passed. In that time they had to administer various medications and constantly adapt to meet her needs. That dog couldn’t have been more loved. About: My dog rescued me 5 years ago when he came into my world and I haven't looked back since. While I may have only been considered a dog mama since 2019, with him having taught me so much about dogs as well as life, I grew up with a dog, who our family had for 18 years, from puppyhood in 2000 until her passing in 2018. I have also occasionally dog sat for close friends and neighbours as well. I work out of town, but when I am in town, I am always available. My calendar will be set up for when I am available, and your pet will be well taken care of during our time together. As I will be caring for your pet in your own home, I will be following any guidelines and requests outlined by you as the pet parent. Your pet's health and safety is of the utmost importance to me.

I can be quite anxious leaving my kitties behind even for a night, but Jas always makes sure to keep me updated when I ask and cares for them like they are her own. Recently, I had a trip planned and right before we left, one of my kitties was a bit ill… I was ready to cancel altogether but Jas reassured me that she had it covered and would do whatever necessary if things worsened. Everything turned out just fine, but I really appreciated her going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable to leave for the weekend. She has gained trust of her most recent girl Freya with a calm, caring, and compassionate outlook when introducing her into her new forever home. She envoy's taking her out on walking adventures where ever they may be. My Pomeranian mix, Stella has separation anxiety, she was perfectly fine staying with her over night and was content to be a relaxed and safe entrainment. 10/10 would recommend.”

About: I have owned dogs and cats for my entire life. I love animals and want to do something helpful for pet owners and their furbabies . I can walk, bath, feed, clean litter boxes etc. I’m currently only able to work at my day job when my husband is home for his two week shift rotation as we don’t have child car. Caring for animals while he is away and while my kids attend preschool a few hours per day can easily be fit in. We have a fenced yard. Kennel if needed if they were to come to my home. I do have a 6 month Boston terrier so if care was at my house we would need to ensure both animals got along.
