“Another great stay!! We are so thrilled to have found someone that loves and cares for Jax (Rhodesian Ridgeback) when we want to go away. Joyce sent us a ton of pics and videos with updates on how he was doing which is always appreciated. We picked Jax up and he was SO exhausted (from all the playing) and so clean (they bathed him) which was such a nice touch. We already have Jax booked again for a longer stay later this year. “We had to find a place for our very young puppy as we had a pre booked trip we couldn’t change. I was very hesitant with any boarding service as we’ve had previous bad experience on Rover with our older dog. But Si Yu was amazing!!! He took the time to explain everything to us when we were dropping her off, and quickly got our puppy used to him and his lovely family! We loved the daily photo updates. We were rest assured throughout our entire 5 day trip from the moment we dropped her off to pick up. We knew she was in great hands with a loving family. I couldn’t recommend anyone better to trust your pup with!”

“I know she and her husband are both professional in pets! I’ve seen one of her cats back in Saskatoon when we were students there, there was a very energetic cat that live in the dream. She is very caring, patient, loving with pets because of she was a kind YMCA kindergarten teacher. She will treat pets as children for sure.”
