“When you're looking for someone who can take care of your dog, you would want someone who is both transparent and reliable. I've had many cases in the past where I have someone take care of my dog while I'm on vacation, but I'm not given any updates nor am I being reassured that things are going well. That made me paranoid and worrisome to the point where I can't enjoy my vacation anymore. But when I first met Amanda, she gave me higher hopes as I believe she set the golden standard for Rover. She gave me constant updates day-by-day, provided a large number of photos, and always kept me in the loop of communication. Never a day went by and I was paranoid of some sort, because Amanda was there to keep me in check. I highly recommend anyone, especially those who are very cautious with who they hand their dog to, to take up Amanda's services. “Second time having Stephanie and Kevin looking after our little Miko. They’re Amazing as always! First of, they accepted my request to look after Miko on a very short notice! Second, My little one immediately recognized Kevin when he came to greet us outside and Miko didn’t even look back and went into their house without saying good bye to us! That’s definitely a sign that he loves and trusts Stephanie and Kevin to take care of him. They sent me photos and even a video of Miko playing his favorite game of fetch with his fave toy! “Mona has been an absolute godsend! We dropped off our rescue dog (with severe separation anxiety and reactivity to dogs) to Mona for the day as my family and I were heading out to Seattle for a day trip. We dropped him off at around 6am and had a pick up time at 10:30pm. Not only was Mona okay with the insanely early pick up and late drop off, we were also running late for pick up as driving from Seattle to Vancouver took longer than expected. Mona was able to accommodate and kept our pup for even longer! She constantly sent us pictures and text message updates to let us know how his day was going. We can tell just by looking at the pictures that he was really well taken care of and Mona truly cared for our dog by letting us know how much she enjoyed spending time with him. If that wasn’t enough, when we picked up our dog, Mona had actually purchased a small gift for him (another donut toy, as we forgot his favorite donut toy at home)! This was the first time we’ve had a dog sitter be this sweet to our little rescue pup! This will definitely not be my last time working with Mona and I hope our dog will be able to spend time with her again :) 10000/10 stars!”
