“Brianna was great. We left Raiden for one day/night while we went to Canada to visit the Richmond Night Market. Brianna told us Raiden enjoyed playing ball with one of their dogs Ranger. Raiden must have enjoyed his time as when he came home he was tired from all the running and playing.”

“My senior dog is unaccustomed to being alone and I’m seldom without him because I work from home. When I needed to be downtown for an all-day conference, I was fortunate to find Jan on Rover.com. Jan instills confidence and assurance in the warm and professional way she communicates and conducts bookings. She was flexible about the drop-off time and very accommodating with Toby’s schedule. Full disclosure: I’m one of those annoying fretting pet parents who constantly worries about their dog so it is a big deal for me to leave him with someone else. By time our booking came around I had no qualms about leaving Toby with Jan. I wasn’t wrong because Toby thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Jan (and Earl). Jan is experienced, intuitive and understands dogs (and people). She took excellent care of my boy. To reassure me, she checked-in throughout the day which was much appreciated. A bonus: Jan was a professional photographer before she retired so I received lovely candid shots of Toby for my image collection. I have no hesitation to recommend Jan and would definitely book with her again (both short and long term stay) as I’m sure Toby would be glad to visit Jan and Earl again.”

“So glad we found Chelsea on Rover. She was able to provide excellent care for our 10mon old pup that is fearful of new people. Most Kennels won't accept him. By the end of three days her calm and friendly demeanor rubbed off on him and they were friends. We love the photo update with happy puppy faces. We are grateful for the flexibility in time pick up and the last minute add on of our second dog.”

“We were fortunate enough to find MM and family to care for our 2 year old golden retriever, Laddu, while we were out of country for a weekend getaway. They took him out to parks and snuggled up to him on the couch (a must for us as Laddu's love language is touch). MM stayed in consistent contact with us during the whole stay and sent pictures of Laddu which reassured us that he was in good spirits and good hands. We feel comfortable having MM and family care for our big fur baby again soon.”
