“A big thank you to Ian and his family for the brilliant way they looked after Thor last week. I was updated with information and photos daily showing how well Thor was being looked after - being taken out for daily walks and then coming back to snooze on the sofa! It is a huge relief to know your dog has settled into family life and is being treated as he would be at home. I will definitely use Ian and his family again in the future and would highly recommend them.”

“Amazing boarders. Super friendly and welcoming and kept us updated with lots of pictures on WhatsApp. Our dog Wilma didn’t want to leave! I could tell she was very at home there and made a big fuss of. Thank you so much for looking after her.”

“Gwen was incredible from start to finish from a less than ideal rainy and dark meet and greet to liaising with my mother in law regarding pick up as I was midair when collection was supposed to be happening, oblivious to the carnage that was the day after a wedding! 🤣 lots of photos and updates received. “I needed an overnight stay at late notice for my dachshund puppy, Hal. I contacted Sinead who replied immediately and was able to accommodate Hal. We arranged an introductory meeting where Sinead was able to meet Hal and find out about what his likes and needs. In meeting Sinead put me at ease that Hal was in good hands and had a wealth of experience. In terms of the overnight stay Sinead made sure that I was updated during the time I was away and could tell when picking Hal up he had a really good time and clearly bonded with Sinead. I found the experience really positive and that Sinead was professional and quick to respond to any questions I had.”

“Daylan was really nice and kept us informed with how Leo was doing. Leo looked like he was always happy and having fun and was knackered when he got him home!”

“Absolutely wonderful. I have never left my 5 year old terrier before, I was really nervous that he would not settle. But after our initial meeting Emily and my dog Charlie got on so well. Emily was kind and welcoming and but us both at ease. I was able to really relax on holiday knowing he was being well looked after. I was sent photos and given regular pupdates on him. I can't thank Emily and her family enough. ❤️”

“Having never left my dog with anyone I didn’t know before, I was nervous using the app and before meeting Steve and Su. As soon as Chunks and I met them both I knew he would be well looked after and all my nerves went away. Chunks had a great time with them and I loved all the photos and videos. “Since we got our rescue dog Sabrina 3 years ago, Jason and Alison have been incredible with her. Their patience through her nervousness of strangers has really paid off to the point that she is now happy to go on walks with them and let them in the house, something she won’t do with any other people. This has made the world of difference to us, expanded Sabrina’s social circle and given her so much more confidence. As neighbours we’ve seen them look after many different dogs and it’s clear that they not only love dogs, but more than that they understand them, knowing each dogs individual needs and when and what they’re comfortable with. Jason and Alison treat every dog as if they were their own and there is no one we’d feel happier looking after Sabrina than them.”

“Sarah looked after our 2 dogs for 8 nights. She kept us up to date with how they had settled over the 1st few days, and photos of their walks throughout their stay. I had to leave our 9 months Labrador puppy for the first time and although felt awful, Coco seemed to be absolutely fine with all care provided by Reece and Kelly. We have received a daily update with pictures which made the time less painful to us. Definitely recommend for all who looking for high quality care and 100% we will comeback when we need a dog onboarding in the future. Thank you ☺️”
