She sent many photo updates and made us feel comfortable leaving Bailey with her. She gave Bailey a lot of attention and walks. I was very happy to find someone that loves dogs as much as me.”

“We were slightly apprehensive about using Rover for our dog Percy, as he can sometimes be wary of new people and can take a little while to settle, but with Hannah and Chris and their gorgeous dog Mouse, he quickly felt at home. They were absolutely brilliant with him, providing us with regular updates during his stay and reassuring us that he was safe and happy (despite London reaching insane temperatures!) We could tell that Percy absolutely loved his time there, and made a friend for life in Mouse. We would recommend Hannah and Chris in a heartbeat, and for as long as they are prepared to look after dogs, they will continue to be on the top of our list.”

Alfie was very anxious on first day but slowly with patience Giulia made sure Alfie is comfortable with her and I am surprised how Alfie has accepted Giulia and started trusting her.Giulia kept me updated with everything and with photos and videos and also suggested changes required in Alfie’s diet. I confidently recommend Giulia for taking care of your pets as she clearly loves them.”

“Sandra and her husband were absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication, super fast replies and I just know my little man was well looked after (we got lots of cute photos). The drop and pick up process was super easy, they are located in a great location for parking or getting public transport. My dog requires multiple medications per day and this was no issue. Additionally, I requested to extend last minute due to a change of plans - and they were both so accommodating and flexible. I will definitely be booking again 💕 Thank you so much guys!”

She was absolutely great, she was more than happy to arrange two meet ups before hand to make sure Stan was comfortable with her dog and to get familiar with her house. While I was away, she provided me with regular updates with pictures and videos which was lovely, I could tell Stan was having a great time and was being well looked after. I would not hesitate to have Claire look after Stan again in the future.”
