“I have known Sophie Hicks for a number of years and can unreservedly recommend her as loving pet care giver .She owns a happy and healthy mini dachshund dog that is often a companion to my own small miniature dachsie .I have had no hesitation in leaving my dog in her care knowing that it will be well looked and have a thoroughly good time whether going for a walk or chilling on the sofa .In the unlikely event of an emergency concerning the dogs well-being I know Sophie would act in a sensible ,calm and responsible manner .”

“Pam looked after our 2 year old Springer Spaniel for three nights and four days. She was amazing from the day we met, very kind, welcoming, wanting to know everything about Skye, taking notes, asking relevant questions and very confident. She was up for the challenge of having such an energetic dog and never disappointed us. During our time away she would send us photos and updates and when we picked Skye up she had even cleaned her leash for us. We found Pam very caring, special and sweet. We could tell how well she had looked after Skye who came back happy and very clean. We are hoping this is the first of many more Skye’s short stays at Pam’s lovely house. The first instance when we booked with Govind it was on short notice after being turned down last minute by another sitter and Govind made time for meet and greet and understand Finnagens needs. We have candid conversations about how long to walk, his nutrition requirements , activity etc and it’s very assuring to meet someone on Rover who is genuinely interested in your pets wellbeing as much is you are.”
