“Seamus, my cocker spaniel, had his best holiday ever at Linda's. He is a very 'busy' curious dog, and under 2 years old when he went to stay so I was worried that he would be a bit much! Linda ensured he had plenty sniffy walks in the woods, and he even went hillwalking with her (his favourite activity) His other favourite activity is snuggling and Linda also made sure he had plenty time to switch off. She understands dog body language and noticed a behaviour I hadn't picked up on. She sent me regular updates and photos at my request, and I'm pretty sure Seamus came home better trained than when I dropped him off. I wouldn't hesitate to book him on another holiday at Linda's.”
2. Sheila T.
“Sheila has cared for our dog, Alfie, a number of times over the years. It is like a home from home for him! She greets us all with a very warm welcome and whilst Alfie is with her treats him like her own. I would highly recommend Sheila’s services.”
3. Karen B.
“I was very pleased with Karen, I got updates when she did her drop ins and I got a map to show me where she went, I would certainly recommend her and I would definitely use her again”
4. Freda M.
“Within minutes of arriving, the usually scared of new people Poppy was soon running up for strokes and pats. Freda's very calm nature was a massive hit for Poppy and me too! I felt absolutely certain I had chosen the correct sitter and when I met Freda all my anxieties melted away and I knew my pup was in safe, kind hands. Her experience around dogs was clear to see and I got some much needed tips on basic training. I will never use anyone else and consider myself extremely lucky to have found her. Get your bookings in early folks, Freda will be a high demand I can assure you!”

About: I have been around pets such as cats, dogs, horses, rabbits and pigs my whole life. I love going on adventures with animals and pets. I am full time work, but I am free all evenings, the weekends and holidays. I am also free certain hours of the day too. I live in a quite happy street with my own garden attached to my house that is suitable for cats, dogs and any other pets.
6. Aimee Marie B.
“Aimee was great and kept me updated with loads of pictures and notes on how Louis was doing. Would highly recommend!”
7. Chloe R.
“Chloe has walked our collie and maltipoo before and they both absolutely love her! She is very kind towards them and asked us about any needs we had before hand. She sent us photos and updates when looking after them to let us know how they were getting on. I couldn’t reccomend enough”
8. madalin S.
“Madalin is great with our dogs, she has always offered to take them with her on her walks and they come home happy and well run out!”
9. Alanah C.
“Alanah LOVES animals, especially dogs! She is great with them and really does care for them as her own. Mine didn't want to come home because he was so spoilt and looked after. It's lovely that she has her own dogs as well as it gave my wee guy some friends to tire him out. I was kept up to date with photos the whole time as well which is great as I really don't like leaving Hamish. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be using Alanah again!”

About: I am a qualified veterinary care assistant with 8 years or experience working with a variety of animals, predominantly dogs. I work at a local animal rescue so I am used to working with a range of different breeds, sizes and personalities of dogs. I love getting to know a dogs individual character and find it rewarding building trust and a relationship with them. I am a passionate animal lover and dedicated to providing a high standard of care for your pet. I offer dog walking and drop-in/pet sitting for dogs and cats from/in your own home. I am currently working part time so my availability is: - Saturdays and Sundays all day - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm - Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30pm Safety is my top priority when it comes to dog walking and pet care. It is something that I take very seriously. Dogs will be walked in your local area. During walks your dog will be kept on-lead until we get to know one another and off-lead walks can be carried out safely. I believe in creating a positive and enriching environment for pets under my care. Walks are not just about exercise but also about an adventure filled with mental stimulation, fun and lots of tail wags!
11. Bethany S.
“Bethany has taken taken care of, and walked 3 of my dogs over the last few years. She has been nothing short of fantastic, making sure to meet each of their individual needs (especially for my French bulldog). I couldn’t recommend her enough if you want your dogs to be treated with an A+ service.”
12. Ellie M.
About: I’m an animal care assistant looking to spend more times with animals outside of work. I have looked after all of my own pets for many years. I’m currently working full time but I am able to pop in and out of houses while house sitting throughout the day to keep your pet happy and spend as much time after work with them. I will use all the amendments available to me to make sure your pet is well looked after and feels safe and loved while you’re away.
13. Alice R.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have experience of them at all ages including training them as puppies. Now I am confident and capable in looking after dogs for long periods of time as well as handling them on walks and socialising them. I work flexible hours and so I am able to fit your needs into my schedule. I can do drop ins to check on pets in order to feed them or keep them entertained, or I can stay for longer periods of time. I love walking generally and so know many walking routes to fit the most energetic to the most lethargic dogs! I have experience pet sitting through Trusted Housesitters and can provide reviews from at request. I work full time on a flexible schedule and therefore I am comfortably able to fit you and your dogs needs into my day or week. I have trained multiple dogs throughout my life and so if you still have a young dog I can help with all basic training including crate and toilet training.
14. Devon D.
“Couldn't recommend Devon more! She is so caring and fun, our labrador loves her and we love that she can look after him very well when we can't due to work. It also allows me and my partner to go away for couple of days here and there without worrying about our fur baby. Absolute lifesaver, and I mean it!”
15. Kristine N.
About: I’ve had family rescue dogs for the past 8 years and have had a big role in caring for them. The dogs have been more mature and in need of some tlc. I work shifts so I am available week days as well as weekends. My availability changes every week making me flexible. I work 3 to 4 days a week. I live in a flat so would not feel comfortable caring for a pet that needs outdoor space here as there is no fenced off area for them. I do live near numerous parks which are great for dog walking and I am happy to drop in to feed/check in on pets at your home.
16. Aleksandra B.
“Aleksandra has been a wonderful Cat Sitter for our 3 Felines, we just returned from our holidays and found the cats in perfect condition, and the flat too she was extremely kind updating us with pictures every day. We will certainly have Aleksandra come back again next time we go away.”

About: I have a lot of experience with animals, I have pets of my own and they are different breeds. am a very enthusiastic 24 year old, who qualified last year in NC Animal care which covers, animal anatomy, basic first aid, husbandry, handling, feeding and accommodation for a range of different animals.I love animals and taking good care of them, I know it can be difficult finding someone who you can trust to take genuine care of your pet. I love going on walks with dogs as I feel like this is where they really get to express their personality. I would take care of pets as if they were my own and would be grateful to look after your pet! :) I work full time as a Vet Care Assistant, and will be training to be a Vet Nurse next year. I am available every 3rd weekend and depending on my shift patten I can do evenings. I have a very big fenced off garden and where we live is more rural. We do have one dog but he is a Labrador and has a lovely temperament and has been raised with other dogs, so he’ll be great company for another dog. He is crate trained and he wonders in and out of his crate as and when he pleases.
