“Aviral and his wife are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. We had an overnight stay with our Pomchi Elvis and was kept up to date throughout the night, he settled so well with them! Well enough he didn’t want to leave when we picked him up the next morning ha ha. Already rebooked with Aviral for Elvis to stay again due to how happy and content he was during his stay. Andrew takes time to understand dogs' quirks & foibles (very important for Jack - he's got a few...!!!), and builds his plan accordingly. Ashleigh has a lot of experience and knowledge of dogs, she was really professional in having a meet & greet with Ailm before agreeing to care for him which I think is really important, she asked lots of questions to understand Ailm’s needs. It was so lovely watching Luna and Ailm play together, in their mutual love of fetching ball 🥰 I had plans change at short notice and Ashleigh was amazing being able to support and care for Ailm at short notice, he was happy and tired when she dropped him off - a testament to Ailm having lots of mental and physical stimulation during his stay, and the photos she sent me showed that too!
