They sent videos, pictures and updates, which made me feel more secure and calm while being away. The amount of question on our meet and greet (before Berry stayed over the night) was amazing to see, taking notes of his routine, allergies and taking evrything seriously. Definetly our place where Berry feels like home when we are out!”

After setting up the initial meet, due to some family health issues we couldn’t meet as expected and Laura was very understanding, supportive and flexible with the meet and greet. From the very start Bronx was welcomed and allowed to be himself while he settled in. They were very accommodating of Bronx and were a lovely couple to meet. “First time we left our 8 month old cat with Lucy. Communication was very good and Lucy was flexible with the drop off and pick up times. Our cat is very shy but settled in very quick and Lucy kept us updated with pictures and vidoes. We highly recommend Lucy for cat sitting and will definitely will be booking with her in the future.”
