“Adeline was fantastic looking after Stanley. We had a little pre-visit meet up first to establish if the dogs got on which they did! We received pictures and regular updates over the weekend, Stan was very happy and we would definitely re-book in future :)”
2. Gugulethu M.
“We were so nervous to leave our Labrador for the week when she hadn't been away from us before, but we couldn't have chosen a better stay for her. She seemed to settle in so well with Gugulethu and her family, making a great friend in their dog Huey and being so well looked after. We had daily updates including pictures from Gugu, letting us know that Willow was happy, safe and well and this really put our minds at ease and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Gugu again!”
3. Lauren W.
“Thanks for having Teddie. Hope you're free for our holiday”
4. Kate V.
“Deserves so much more than five stars! 🤩 Diego is a nervous dog and I was nervous to let him stay somewhere else as he has never been away from home before! Kate gave me and diego so much reassurance. Regularly sent me photos and videos of him. He will be definitely going back to have his holidays to Kate! Thanks Kate! X”
5. Anna M.
“Anna looked after our dog Jake for the evening and was good at communicating and sending pictures to assure us that he was ok and settled. Jake was calm and relaxed when we picked him up, which is a good sign. Would recommend Anna, as she is obviously very much a dog lover.”
6. Heather R.
“Heather is an absolute star and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As an anxious owner of an ageing, anxious chihuahua, Tab, I was left in a dilemma when my normal dog sitter was unable to mind him. Impressed by Heather's reviews, I took the plunge and booked him in with her for 6 nights and I am so happy that I did, as I now have a trusted dog minder who I would leave Tab with, without any hesitation in the future. From a quick response on enquiring about availability, to daily photos and updates once I had left Tab in her care, Heather was professional, reassuring and an all round lovely person and I know that Tab was cared for as if he were her own. I can 100% recommend Heather and will most certainly leave Tab with her again without any worries what so ever. Thank a million Heather!”
7. Sandra M.
“I can't thank Sandra and Derek enough for looking after my old boi. Their home is kitted out for doggos, especially elderly lads like mine. Jasper came home happy and the photos from his time away are adorable. Thank you for understanding his needs, for accomodating his quirks and being there for him when he was anxious. It's truely appreciated. 100% wouldn't hesitate to send him back again. Infact, he's definitely going if you'll have him Sandra! :)”
8. Joanna K.
“Stitch has an amazing weekend with Joanna and Theo! This is the first time we’ve had anyone care for Stitch other than family so we were nervous but the communication and pictures we received kept us reassured the whole time ? We would not hesitate to book with Joanna again”

12. Nuo L.
“What an amazing person Nuo is. From the moment we met her we could tell her love and knowledge of dogs was evident. Her regular updates by text, pictures and video made us feel confident that Seishan was in good hands. We are so very happy with our choice in Nuo and will definately be returning!”
13. Courtney T.
About: I have looked after dogs all my life. The last two years before I moved to the area I used to look after my family members dogs for daily while they were at work. Friends and family regularly would have me look after their pets when they go away for the week. I have had 3 dogs of my own. Two from puppies and one was a rescue that was adopted. My job gives me flexibility that it’s no issue for me to look after pets and be able to play and walk them daily as I work from home. My partner, Olly, is a teacher and we can also look after pets during school holidays. I have a 7ft fence surrounding my house. My garden is nearly all grass and surrounds the house with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. I have a dog of my own that loves to play with other dogs and can keep any dogs company.
14. Mandy A.
“Mandy was amazing! Our 1 year old went in fine and developed a cold and Mandy was great in contacting the vet and doing all she could so he could be as comfortable as possible specially as we were away and couldn’t collect him any earlier. She spent most of the days giving us updates either when he was well and when he got sick. Pictures and videos meant a lot. Definitely recommended it.”
15. Lisa B.
“Lisa is absolutely brilliant. She even took half a day Holiday to look after Woody. If you want somebody who is lovely with dogs and keeps your updated lots I can't recommend Lisa enough. She's had Woody twice now and he loves being with her and the boys! 100000% recommend!!”
16. Steph D.
“Our two dogs had a wonderful time with Steph on an evening sleep-over. She was so calm and kind and our usually boisterous dogs got on well with her pooch and her son. She gave reassuring feedback throughout and they came back exhausted and happy! We would recommend highly and will be back again.”
17. Alexandra P.
“Alexandra and her partner looked after my 9yr old Staffie overnight. They were a very lovely couple and had a huge flat right by the park, which was perfect for my dog! They kept me updated throughout the stay and my dog seemed very happy and at home with them! Would def recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.”
18. David S.
“David was fantastic with Bjorn as usual. I got regular updates. When I arrived Bjorn was so happy to see David. I’ll always use David whenever I need my boy watches.”
19. Susan Ann & Julian S.
“I've never used a dog sitter before, so this was all new to me and I must admit, I was apprehensive. However, Susan and her partner Julian could not have made me feel more comfortable and at ease! We arranged a quick meeting before hand so my Italian greyhound (and me) could meet Susan - she was so friendly and professional that you cannot help but feel totally confident leaving your pet with her. Whilst I was away, Susan gave me regular updates to let me know how Bree was and reassure me that everything was fine. When I collected Bree, I could tell that she had been so well looked after and loved - I'm quite sure she was a little put-out that I took her home, I think she would have been more than happy to stay! Bree is an Italian Greyhound and is a demanding breed of dog, yet I could see that Susan and Julian had given her the love and attention she needs. I cannot recommend Susan enough. If anyone else is nervous or unsure of leaving their beloved pet with a DogBuddy - use Susan - she is fantastic and will ensure you and your dog are well and truly looked after and at ease. Thank you Susan and Julian! Alex and Bree xx”
20. Rhys B.
“I have first hand observed Rhys’ general love for all animals. He currently owns a hi-energy pup who he’s dedicated to training and keeping up with the demanding exercise schedule. He has also looked after the opposite end of the spectrum my elderly dachshund who had mobility issues and just needed a gentle stroll and to feel loved! Rhys is a caring person and will exceed all your expectations I’m sure!”
