Pet care experience
I worked in a veterinary clinic for 15 years before I decided to become a stay at home mom. I gave vaccines, bandaged wounds, administered medications, and so much more. I even rehabbed a baby squirrel until she was old enough to be released back into the wild. I would love to care for pets again but this time have more fun and happy experiences rather than caring for sick or injured pets at the clinic. I’ve been an animal lover and have had pets my whole life! Right now I have 1 old lazy cat and a dog. My kids are animal lovers too so they would also love to snuggle and play with your pups. As I said above I have experience with administering medications (oral: liquid/pills and injections) so if your pet is sick or diabetic and needs insulin injections or oral medications I have no problem with that.

Misty, is our go-to every time we leave town and have to board our elderly dog. I can’t remember the number of times we have worked with her, but we have greatly appreciated her flexibility during drop off and pick up. Most importantly, we know that our dog is in capable hands and never worry about her well being when she is under Misty’s care.
This was the first time we have left our puppy! And Misty was fantastic! She texted .e how he was doing with pictures! She is great!
Misty is our go to for boarding our dog. She always takes great care of her. Also, she was very flexible with pick up and drop off times. And that is greatly appreciated.

A typical day
If the weather is nice we like to go on walks and play outside so your pup will join us if they want to. In the summer we play in the sprinkler and have a little pool so if your dog enjoys water they can join in on the fun!

I am a stay at home mom so other than dropping my son off at school and picking him up I am home all day and all night. So your pet will be let outside for play time/potty time when ever they want.
