Our dog had a birthday during her stay with them and they had some special approved treats and birthday signs ready for her! One of our dogs is diabetic and had an emergency during his stay with Akiko. Akiko handled it like a pro - great communications and nursing Louie back to a stable state. I can not say enough good things about Akiko's care. We would definitely recommend her dog sitting services to others and we will be using her again, I hope soon.”

They are both home, so dogs are never left unattended. He even seems to eat on time which I struggle with. They send daily updates and pictures. Shirley gave him a cute Halloween bandanna and even a cooler bag for his refrigerated food. 100% recommend!!!”

We liked that Heather sent me pictures of my dear pet while I was on my 10-day vacation and I saw that he appeared loved and very comfortable which made our trip even better. He was even allowed to sleep in the children’s bed which is what he loves to do at home. He loves to be loved and close to you. We were so happy we chose her from the Rover website and will definitely use her again.”
