Our dog is prone to environmental allergies and Matt was very communicative when he saw our dog getting itchy- he helped provide Benadryl with our confirmation and made sure to keep a close eye on our dog while we were away! They checked in with us to try to keep Oreo’s routine as similar to home as possible. They did great with managing his socialization with other dogs.
