Rikki goes above and beyond. We did request her assistance in the following, she just saw that it would likely need to happen and volunteered to water the plants, getting the mail, feed the fish in the outdoor pond. We heartily said "yes"! We also offered that pictures/videos weren't necessary for us, but she kindly sent them anyway, and those photos were sent precisely within the timeframes when our dog's "schedule" required certain activities - photos of those activities happening. That extra eye for eye, caring detail offers so much reassurance when away. Our dog DayStar warmed up to Rikki's gentle presence immediately, and DayStar was equally calm when we arrived home late. Rikki accommodated our unexpected late arrival equally well. We highly recommended Rikki!

Rikki was very good with our dogs. She sent me plenty of pictures and updates, so I felt comfortable while we were away. We came home to healthy and happy dogs. I would have her back to dog sit again.

Rikki took the best care of my dog, Wiggles. I normally am super anxious about leaving him for multiple days, but she was so communicative and sent multiple photos of him while they went on walks. Rikki provided me so much relief while I was gone on my trip and that meant so much to me. She’s very caring, friendly, and amazing with animals.

After a disasterous first booking through Rover - not Rikki - we were worried about our dogs and a new sitter. We met with Rikki before she came for the weekend and we felt comfortable with her. When we came home at the end of the long weekend, our dogs greeted us like we'd only been gone a few hours. We will be contacting Rikki next time we need a sitter.

We would HIGHLY recommend Rikki for your pet sitting needs! This was the very first time we had left our 2 rescue cats for more than a single night and we were super nervous especially since they are used to having someone home with them full-time. Rikki did a great job of taking care of all our girls' needs while we were away for a 4-day trip. She stayed overnight and left everything in our home clean and orderly. We even had a stray cat that we recently started looking after that she was more than happy to look after as well. We will for sure use Rikki in the future and are super grateful for the peace of mind she gave us to truly enjoy our vacation!

Rikki was very attentive with our dogs. This was the first time we had her sit for us and also the first time we left our dogs (2yo and 7 months) for more than a couple nights. They seemed to not deal with us being gone very well, acted up and didn’t behave well. Rikki had her hands full but maintained her professionalism. We would definitely use her again in hopes the dogs are better behaved ?
