We’ve boarded with Susan a few times now and she and her family always take the best care of our girl!

First time using Susan and also the first time we’ve left our pup with anyone. I love that she scheduled a meet and greet first - so that when we dropped Koda off for her sleepover she was already familiar with the place. We did a test run overnight stay and Susan sent us pictures and updates to ease our minds. They even allowed Koda to sleep with them! Koda loved the backyard access through the dog door. We will definitely be using her again! Thank you!!

Susan's home is always our first choice for our boys! We've used Susan's services for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Our boys always come home happy and healthy and Susan's family is so nice and good to us. Our boys just returned from a 14 day stay (our longest time ever being away from them) and Susan sent us updates every day.

I wish they had more than 5 stars! Susan was so professional as she stayed to care for our 2 rat terriers. When we were gone she sent pictures of our pups. We felt so secure that she was caring for our pups the whole time. I would whole hardly recommend her for sitting for your pet. We certainly hire her again in the future!

Her communication was excellent, and she was professional in every way. Reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She is the adult you want in the room to care for your pet! Susan has been absolutely amazing. From the first moment, I knew that Susan and her family would take good care of my boys. I am VERY attached to my boys & I have never left them before. When Susan would send me updates & photos, I could see they were having a wonderful time.
