Dog Boarding in Tucson

“I boarded my 20 pound Miniature Schnauzer with Ron for a period of ten days while in Hawaii. My pup is an important part of my family and I want him to feel as if he is also having a vacation while I am away. After carefully researching every available boarding option I decided on Ron. I met Ron for a meet and greet before the actual boarding and his responsible and trustworthy nature was evident. Ron also has a beautifully landscaped and secure back yard. Lastly, Ron's Poodle Lily made an excellent companion to my proportionately sized Miniature Schnauzer. In my opinion, the combination of these qualities make's Ron the best choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My schnauzer had a joyous time frolicking and cuddling with Ron's poodle while I was away. Ron did a great job of sending photos. The photos showed that my pup was eating, enjoying time on the couch and even cuddled in bed next to Ron's poodle. I received photos throughout my trip (not just the first few days) and these photos convinced me that my pup was having just as much fun as I was. Ron is a primary school teacher which is an occupation that I have much respect for and is illustrative of his good character. Ron also has a love of plants which is evident in his beautiful green yard with lots of shady places for dogs to rest and play. I was also very pleased that Ron has a dog door that my 20 pound schnauzer was able to fit through easily for constant back yard access. Overall, I do not think there is a better choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My pup actually seemed sad to leave Ron and his poodle Lily. It was a great opportunity for my dog to socialize and play with another well trained dog. My dog came back happy, well exercised and without a trace of anxiety. In conclusion, Ron is a kind, intelligent, and caring animal lover. I would not hesitate to board my much loved miniature schnauzer with him next time I go on vacation. Ron's tranquil home and general attitude make the experience a vacation for your pet.”

“Sheila and her partner were absolutely amazing dog sitters and Baby Jane had the best time!! They sent constant updates and pictures and I knew she was in good hands.”

“Barbara was great, we left our precious Dorie-Joy wih her for 3 days. When we arrived, Dorie immediately ran up to her and felt safe and secure. Barbara was attentive and loving giving Dorie all the attention she needed! Barbara had no trouble feeding Dorie her special home made food. She sent pictures and updates everyday so we could see that Dorie was doing well. We will definitely use Barbara again in the future to take care of our little girl.”

“Sylvie took a wonderful care of my dog, Oliver. She sent me many video clips of him through out his stay. I could see that he was so relaxed and enjoying her company and new doggie friends, very different from how he was at other boarding places. My Oliver had a great vacation at Sylvie’s house. : )”

“There is a reason Vicki pops up at the top on Rover..she is THE BEST! I found her a year ago, and booked before even meeting her. I just knew. Meet and greet went great a few days before our trip. Our dogs loved her at first sight. She sent daily updates and pictures/videos. Most important, she treated them like her own. Our dogs love her! They seemed like they were already missing her when we got home! We are so grateful to have found her! This was our first trip as a family in a long time, because we struggled with trusting anyone to watch them, and they can't be crated or put in a chain link type situation. “I’m so lucky that we found Ellen on Rover. It was Dobi’s first time boarding at someone else’s house since we got him as a rescue dog. We only had him for a couple months before having a weekend trip that we had planned before we had him. Ellen was not worried at all and after a meet and greet with her sweet dogs Dobi joined the pack! He is so excited to see her and her dogs whenever we run into them too. I can tell he had the happiest time at her home (which was designed to keep dogs comfortable and safe)! Dobi will be seeing Ellen again for sure!”

“My 14-year-old Beagle Chihuahua was right out home at Kayla's! Their little dog Frankie was super sweet and friendly, and I was glad my dog Teddy had someone to play with and ample human attention! Their backyard is also great for dogs to roam around in. Thank you Kayla, Liz, & Frankie!”

“Mac felt right at home from the minute he came in. Victoria has a large, fenced backyard with lots of things to explore and sniff. We left without Mac even noticing, and although he was glad to see us the next day, he was comfortable with Victoria and Richard and had a great time!”

“Ashley did a wonderful job caring for our dog. He's anxious in new situations and Ashley was conscientious and accommodating, always giving him the space he needed to warm up to being in this new environment. She ran anything in question (like food and exercise) past us first. This was much appreciated, as we had a bad experience when a previous Rover sitter made inappropriate decisions involving our dog without consulting us first. Ashley kept us updated with frequent communication (which I love), along with photos and videos. She also cooked for him and brushed his teeth. :oD We will definitely use her again!”
