“Yaroslava took excellent care of my two cats while I was away. She even had my elderly cat purring up a storm. She made sure that the cats had plenty of food and water and made sure that my CKD cat had his medication. There was lots of play time for the cats and some nail trimming, too :). My one cat took quite the shine to a toy that Yaroslava brought over that she left the toy for my cat. I received plenty photos and video updates so I could see how they were doing. I highly recommend Yaroslava to look after your pets.”

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. I began dog walking (as a job not as a chore) when I was in my young teens for my neighbours. They had an amazing Golden Retriever named Mowgley, but were unable to maintain taking him on walks because they were seniors and couldn't handle the pulling. I gladly took over this and did it for several years until Mowgley passed away. Since then, I have helped take care of numerous dogs and cats for family and friends. Now I even have my own dog, her name is Leeloo. She is a rescue dog (we believe she is a Blue Heeler/Jack Russell cross, but are not completely sure.) I have taken puppy training with Leeloo and learned a lot of valuable skills which will be helpful for all pets! I am completely Force Free and instead choose to ignore negative behaviour and enthusiastically reward positive behaviour (through treats, pets and praise.) I hope I get the opportunity to meet your furry friend! I currently work full time, but I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and I have every second Friday off. I am really flexible with my time and will aim to make what you need work! While I do live in an apartment, my apartment has it's own personal roof patio with plenty of room to play. Additionally I have a mini puppy park at my apartment on the roof, which is open to all tenants to allow for pets to play. I have additional crates if necessary for overnight stays (if you want your pet to sleep in a crate).

We were looking for someone on short notice who felt comfortable jumping right in for a full week with little instructions and who felt comfortable with our quirky old home, alarm systems, and cat. We just looked her up through Rover, contacted her and she did the rest. She kept in constant contact and even spent extra time just making sure our cat wasn’t lonely.
