“Nicola was fantastic! She came to meet my dogs before taking on watching them overnight. Admittedly, my dogs aren’t great with new people - one’s very skiddish and the other likes to test new house guests. Nicola was very patient, listened to what I requested, and both dogs warmed up to her quickly. She was great at communicating with me, letting me know when she arrive, sending photos and updates, and letting me know when she was departing. She kept my house tidy and most importantly, took great care of my dogs. Will definitely be booking again soon!”

Katherine quickly relieved me of any doubts that I had about leaving my cats while on vacation. Katherine took such great care of them ensuring they had plenty of play time, food, water and sent me updates, photos and details every single day on their wellbeing. When I came home my cats were extremely happy, and their coats looked better than when I left from all the brushing that Katherine did. I absolutely recommend Katherine for your pet if you’re looking for a great house and pet sitter!! “Celeste has been my cat sitter for 3.5 years, I travel twice a year to see my family for 2-5 weeks at a time. My cat is 13 years old and I live in central downtown in a small apartment. Celeste is so accommodating to myself and my cats needs. We both have separate anxiety to each other (ha!) so I love that Celeste is always giving me updates and letting me know when she’s arriving and leaving, takes many pictures on each visit which gives me such peace of mind when I’m away. Her communication throughout is amazing. If there’s ever any chances in her diet or in her routine, Celeste is so flexible and understanding if there is any inconveniences that may come up (like repairs going on in my apartment etc). She has always transitioned with any changes to my cats routine smoothly and without any issues. No matter the weather or change in schedule she always stays consistent and makes sure she makes it to her visits each time. Celeste is also always on the ball with keeping my apartment clean and has always made sure my cat’s environment is comfortable and stable. Celeste is compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to her pet car services. I couldn’t recommend a better or more reliable person for the job. I am so appreciative of her and my cat LOVES her too, my cat is very picky about who she likes to have around and Celeste is the next best thing to having me home with my cat.”
